Battle of Cherbourg

 

It took 24 days for the Allied troops to take over the city of Cherbourg.     The city was a very important task to accomplish because of its strategic location along the coast.

Will and Frank come across two orphaned children in Pouppeville just after taking over the village. Many children were affected deeply during these times after experiencing such frightening events.

 Last weekend we went to different locations around the Okanagan to get the perfect look for our movie Brothers of War.  In this scene we filmed Will and Frank in Pouppeville, Normandy, France.
